I have had many parents and community members ask me what they might be qualified to teach. Please see this page, and run through the WIZARD. Email ccroy@claycityschools.org if you would like us to consider you for a position for which you are not currently licensed but do qualify for under state guidelines. If you hold a social work degree for instance, there is a button for you to push specifically to see what jobs you are qualified for within the school setting.

Starting at age 3 in some instances children are eligible for free PK. Dual enrollment is possible in Head Start allowing moms a bit of time. Time for work, time for planning, time for much needed rest. Call today to ask. 618-676-1431.
Note: My own daughter was dual enrolled and Marsha Mink (retired Clay City teacher) was a wonderful resource. Reach out to CEFS today. They have many programs to benefit our families including assistance with medical, dental, transportation, weatherization, nutrition and more.

Attention Class of 2024,
I am reviewing your dual credit enrollment. Do not be concerned that your schedule has not populated in Teacherease yet. It will. I will enter dual credit class in first so that you can breathe easier.
Attention Class of 2023
Your transcripts are being finalized. I have submitted them to the office for a final proofreading. You should be able to physically pick them up soon or have them transmitted electronically. We apologize for the delay.
