Mrs. French's fourth graders practiced multiplication with arrays using Play-Doh after a long morning of benchmark testing on Tuesday. Great work students!
Mrs. Klein’s sweet second graders were invited to visit with freshman students in Ms. Harris’ Intro to FCS class this morning. They decorated Christmas cookies with icing and sprinkles! Five of these nine freshman were once Mrs. Klein’s first grade students! 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏼

Our first semester AR Reward Party will be held at the The Speakeasy Arcade on Tuesday, December 16. If students have already met their goal, permission slips have been sent home. Students have until Friday, December 12 at noon to meet their goal. Upon meeting their goal, a permission slip will be sent home. Permission slips are due back on MONDAY, DECEMBER 15 - no exceptions. Birthday in a Bag for students K-2 will be this Friday, December 12. Please remember to send your student with a drink and snack (no soda please).
Today in Miss Fender's first grade class they talked about 3-D shapes in math. Afterwards, they decorated an ice cream cone as a Christmas tree. It's always exciting to have a hands-on lesson with a visual representation. Having a yummy treat isn't so bad either!

CCJH Cheerleaders hosted their annual Mini Cheer Camp this week. At last night's CCJH Basketball game, the camp members showed their newly learned skills. The camp attendees did a great job! Thank you to the CCJH Cheerleaders and Coach Thompson for making this such a great experience for the young girls!
