Clay City Banking Co. has brought in jars of candies for elementary, junior high, and high school students to guess the amounts. The elementary winner will win a Santa Box curated by Clay County CEO. The junior high and high school winners will win a gift certificate. Encourage your student to stop by the library to make their guess! Winners will be announced on Friday, December 20.

The program was overseen by fourth grade teacher Mrs. French. There was a wonderful turnout of family and friends to support the students. Every second grader met their AR goal! Mr. Wattles was so impressed with Mrs. Klein's second graders that he made a call to Mrs. Claus and then surprised the students with pizza gift certificates to Casey's. The kids were so excited! Congratulations second grade on being some awesome readers!

Admission is $3.00 for high school students and older, $2.00 for those younger than high school. Clay City FFA will be selling taco in a bag and biscuits and gravy from 8:30am-1pm. Additionally, Clay City Boosters will be manning the concession stand and will have hot dogs. Come on out, catch some basketball, and cheer on these cheerleaders as they compete!
