Clay City Junior High held its Fall Sports Banquet on Friday, December 6. The baseball and cross country teams were recognized. Members of both teams all received a medal. Some students were awarded additional awards:
Cross Country: Top JV Girl - Hadley Mitchel, Top JV Boy - Tate Bangert, Grit Award - LouEllen Harvel, Best Overall Runner - Brady Martin, and Most Improved Runner - Delaney Martin.
Baseball: Top Pitcher - Zander Harvel, Top Hitter - Tyler Boyd, Sportsmanship - Chase Bangert, Most Improved - Sterling Thompson, and MVP - Tyler Boyd.
