Database Accessibility

As part of an initiative developed by the Illinois Secretary of State and Illinois State Library, students and patrons across Illinois libraries will now have access to e-resources. The Secretary of State office has budgeted $5 million to pay for an e-resource package to benefit all Illinois library patrons. There are as many as 50 databases available for schools to choose, share, and implement for student use.

This is important for rural areas much like Clay City CUSD #10 as it gets more digital materials in students' hands. In the coming days and weeks, the available databases will be evaluated and chosen. The resources that will benefit Clay City students the most will have links posted under the Library tab on the school website. Check back for updates!
