WEAA Champions!!
Vball Champs
Congratulations to the Lady Cubs and Coaches on winning the WEAA
conference volleyball championship!  We are extremely proud of them!

Elaina Kessler, Clay City FFA member, has been one of 3 students selected to name the new Coliseum at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Recently, the Coliseum was considered "unusable". Due to many donations, including a $1 million contribution by the Governor and Mrs. Rauner, the Coliseum is now being restored and reopened for the 2019 Illinois State Fair. Student members of the Illinois 4-H, FFA, and Junior Horsemen's Council submitted names for what they thought would be the best name for the newly remodeled Coliseum. Kessler and two other students submitted the winning name, "Coliseum of Champions". Kessler will receive the following prizes: Guest of Honor at the Grand Re-Opening of the Coliseum Event, Youth Fair Marshal for the 2019 Illinois State Fair, Silver Platter of Recognition, and an Illinois State Fair Mega Pass.
Congratulations Elaina!
